ROHIT NAINI TO LEAD CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Tilting Point is excited to announce the appointment of Rohit Naini as VP of Corporate Development.
Rohit is a seasoned expert in the video gaming industry specializing in M&A, investments and strategic partnerships. He has held pivotal roles at top gaming companies including Scopely & Glu Mobile where he was instrumental in driving strategic growth initiatives and executing transformative, high impact deals.

Tilting Point is also bringing on Enric Dalmau to bolster its expanding M&A team as Senior Manager of Corporate Development. Dalmau previously worked in corporate development roles at Sandsoft and Scopely, with investment banking and corporate finance experience, prior to that.

2025 has been shaping up to be an important year for Tilting Point. In March, the company launched a $150M User Acquisition Fund designed to scale games and apps through flexible, non-dilutive financing. Tilting Point also launched two highly rated titles based on beloved IPs, Avatar Legends: Realms Collide and Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers, in addition to being nominated for Pocket Gamer Mobile Awards: “Best Publisher,” “Best Use of IP” (Avatar), and “Game of the Year” (Avatar), and Best Developer (AN Games).
